Hi,
I don't know if anyone else is having the trouble I'm having, but I can't find all the parts needed at RadioShack. I've been trying to find the rest at various electronics places online, but I have no idea which things to get for certain pieces.

The parts listed with their RS parts numbers that I can't find are below:

10uF Elect. Capacitor RS#900-1959
1uF Elect. Capacitor RS#900-2095
01uF Ceramic Capacitor RS#900-2233
4015 Dual Shift Registers 16 pin RS#900-4376
4017 RS#276-2417

It's not that I can't find anything resembling these pieces/having bits of the name in their title at other stores, I just have no idea which specific ones I need! Like the capacitors, what voltage and other such specs for the pieces I should buy? Or does it not make a difference? And the 4015 Dual Shift Registers 16 pin, is that the same as the 4015 IC available from http://www.goldmine-elec.com (http://www.goldmine-elec-products.com/p ... ber=G5001A)? And what are the specs on the 4017?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've been able to find everything else with no trouble, but radio shack doesn't seem to list/carry those pieces listed above anymore.

Ummm anything above the voltage of the circuit, I believe the most common ones you will find are maybe 16, 25 or 50 volts they will all work fine...

And the 4015 Dual Shift Registers 16 pin, is that the same as the 4015 IC available from http://www.goldmine-elec.com (http://www.goldmine-elec-products.com/p ... ber=G5001A)?

That would be it... But...

Visit http://www.jameco.com for all the parts, as most places don't have everything you need, you might have to buy 10 or more of each on some of these parts but it's still cheaper then Radio Shacks single unit price in most cases...
